A National Network for Growth, Connection & Opportunity

Empowering Minority Women in Business & Leadership

Our Core
Initiatives

Empowering change for a brighter tomorrow

Business Growth & Access to Capital

Starting and scaling a business requires funding, and minority women often face barriers to accessing capital. MWCC connects members with grants, microloans, and investor networks, while also providing financial literacy training and business credit education to ensure long-term financial success.

Professional Development & Career Advancement

Whether you're an entrepreneur or a corporate professional, advancing your career requires leadership skills, mentorship, and networking. MWCC offers executive coaching, career workshops, and corporate readiness programs to help women break into leadership roles and increase their earning potential.

Government Contracting & Certification Support

Navigating government contracts and supplier diversity programs can be complex. MWCC assists members in obtaining minority- and women-owned business certifications (MWBE, DBE, 8(a)), helping them gain access to corporate and government contract opportunities that can scale their businesses.

Advocacy & Policy Impact

Representation matters. MWCC is committed to advocating for policies that support economic equity, business opportunities, and fair representation for minority women entrepreneurs and professionals. Through legislative engagement, public policy initiatives, and partnerships with key stakeholders, we ensure that the voices of our members are heard at local, state, and national levels.
